Using SocialGro

SocialGro provides tools for creating, saving, and reusing social content ideas. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use generated content.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure and make sure account information is accurate. SocialGro may restrict access where there is misuse, suspected abuse, or unpaid subscription status.

AI-generated content

Generated captions, hashtags, and concepts are drafts. Review all content before publishing, especially claims, prices, dates, offers, accreditations, reviews, and regulated statements.

Payments

Paid plans, prices, renewal periods, cancellations, and invoices are handled through Stripe when billing is enabled. Final subscription terms should be reviewed before public paid launch.

Acceptable use

Do not use SocialGro to create unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, spammy, or deceptive content, or to impersonate another business or person.

Availability

SocialGro is provided during private beta without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the MVP is tested and improved.

Cancellation and support

Users should be able to manage subscription billing through the Stripe Customer Portal when billing is enabled. Support and cancellation questions can be sent through the contact route until a fuller support process is added.

Contact support
